Watched this TV series years ago, it was one of the best to date.
And I particularly like the theme song, which for once I look forward to listen to and not skip it.
The vocal was obviously Kelly Chen (陈慧琳), which surprises me.
Never expect her to sing a TVB theme song.
What surprise me even further, the lyrics were written by my favourite lyricist – Lam Zik (林夕).
What shine through was how both the series and song brings us to realise, at times there is nothing that will remain unchanged. Nothing will be yours truly forever – no matter how good things were, there will always be better.
Who could promise anyone eternity?
