It’s my turn to decide on what to eat.
It is one of the hardest decision and one I don’t really like to do since I always encounter this same old bad experience.
Have you ever encounter conversations like this:
A: You think of what to eat la.
Me: Me ah? You think la, I anything also eat.
A: You think la. I also what also eat too.
Me: Hmm.. okay, let’s go to “Restaurant XX”
A: Mm… Don’t want la. The food there is not nice.
Me: Okay, let’s go to “Restaurant YY.” then
A: The queue is long and the service there very slow.
Me: Then we eat at “Restaurant ZZ” la.
A: I just ate “Restaurant ZZ” yesterday.
😤 Then why can’t they decide where to eat?
I seriously hate the fact that they are wasting my time and killing my brain cells trying to think of what to eat.
And don’t try hard to be flexible with food options when you clearly are not.
Like this better they think right? I just hate it when people waste my brain space and my precious time. Don’t say you will eat anything when you have so much things that you are not okay with. Say it when you really mean it.
Now back to my decision, I have decided on Thai today. It has been a while since we had Thai food.
We ended up in Siam Square. The food was average and tasted rather similar to the Rain Noodle House franchise.
As a person who loves rice 🍚, I ordered the Stir Fried Chicken with Hot Basil Leaves.
I think they could do better with the stir fried chicken, since I personally finds it too saucy.
