Mmm… you know, sometimes it is really so hard to find good simple cooked food. For me, I think Cantonese style noodles is pretty easy to prepare. Not until 8 out of 10 rastaurants couldn’t get things right. Either the noodles is too oily, the sauce is either too think or too watery.
As for Hokkien Mee… I used to think lots of place is pretty watery. Maybe it is just my taste of having it not too watery. So, Deon decided to bring me to a place which he claims is good. *tada* He brought me to Restaurant Damansara Hokkien Mee. The noodles… hahaa… looking at the signage, I had high hopes on their Hokkien Mee. But it turns out I way prefer their Cantonese Style noodles to their Hokkien Mee. I think the one nearby my house (the roadside stall behind Hospital Tawakal) is way better.
As for their Pork Soup, it is totally different from the ones I had in other places. Here, the pork slices are actually deep fried. Hence, the soup seriously is lack of taste. I guess more towards fried eggs and cabbage taste.
Don’t have their exact address but they are actually located in Damansara Uptown.
