The much awaited Batman movie, probably one of the best ever Batman movie but sadly the last Heath Ledger movie . Like many, I totally love the movie. I love how dark it is, and how they are not afraid to portray the darkest and psychotic side of Joker. I am totally blown away and Heath Ledger’s performance has exceeded my expectations by a lot as I never knew he could carry the role so well. Everything about the movie is just as perfect as it could be – from the storyline to character development to cinematography and a perfect joker . If there is something that I need to pick on, it would be my view that Christian Bale is too thin for his role, especially in my opinion – Batman should be buffy and fit but in this case he is not especially his face and his voice after he suit up as Batman just doesn’t match and annoys me to time to time. But something for Asian fans to look forward to – spot the blurred out Edison Chen in the movie since his infamous scandal broke the Internet.

This is a case where one will be able to get the full picture of the show from just the title and the movie poster itself in which I must say it is a job well done to the poster designer. The movie centres around Eva Longoria as Paul Rudd’s dead fiancée that just couldn’t move on even after she passed away. While I love the humour Eva brings to the show and nailed all the funny moments spot on, the movie somewhat reminds me of the TV series “The Ghost Whisperer”. One can count on Eva Longoria to nail this movie down as the role is exactly tailormade for her following her character in “The Desperate Housewife” series. Adding in Jason Biggs in the mix is definitely the best decision ever as it helps elevate the humour and laughter to the movie.
