Weekend batch cooking.
Made a big pot of ABC soup. I replaced carrots with old cucumber.
So I wonder if it is still called ABC soup😅.
Also made a big batch of stir-fried preserved Sichuan vegetables with minced meat.
Am going to make many dishes out of it.
Extending the dishes to dinner.
This time, am going to bake a silken tofu with the preserved vegetables and minced meat.
